Emma is responsible for Human Resources and Operations at Andersen Australia.
She is known to be a pro-active and committed team member who balances the best interests of the business and its people.
Emma has over ten years’ experience autonomously managing HR systems and processes. She also has experience in compliance management, cashflow management and consulting (with specific expertise in the outsourcing space).
Emma has been responsible for the project management and delivery of special projects in operations, organisational structure, HR systems and disaster management.
